Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to addresses in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.
We also offer a 50km local delivery service from our Weston-super-Mare branch, available to addresses within a 50km radius of the branch.

If your delivery address falls outside of our standard local delivery areas, please select an appropriate shipping option from the available list.

Returns & Refunds
Standard stock items: Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days, subject to our returns policy and statutory rights. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Clearance items: Not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.
Bespoke & made-to-measure products: Non-refundable and non-cancellable for change-of-mind reasons where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for change-of-mind reasons. We do not cover return shipping costs in these circumstances.
Local delivery and collection: For eligible returns of items delivered using our own fleet, a collection cost will be calculated and communicated to the customer. Where legally permitted, this cost may be deducted from any refund of the original local delivery charge paid. Any remaining collection cost will be explained to the customer before collection is arranged.
Partial returns: Refunds for partial returns, including any applicable delivery or collection adjustments, are assessed on a case-by-case basis and calculated in accordance with our full policy and applicable law.
Faulty or damaged goods: Your statutory consumer rights remain protected. We will cover return or collection costs where legally required.
